PLACING AN ORDER
Please note that orders must be emailed to info@stickerzone.co.za OR complete the Online Order Form and hit Send
Let me have the following information:
1. The pack/s of labels/stickers you would like to order i.e. Pencil Stickers Pack A
2. The name you want on the stickers (Please be aware of the case and the spelling when typing the name as the name will be reflected as you type it)
3. The font (stipulate 1 font from our collection)
4. The background colour/s (choose according to amount of colours stipulated under “Customise” for the relevant label pack/s)
5. The icon/s – just the number/s of the icon/s will be sufficient. (choose the number of icons as stipulated under “Customise” for the relevant label pack/s)
6. The cellphone/telephone number if applicable (if you do not want your number on the reverse of the bag tag kindly advise and we will make the tag double sided with just the name and/or icon)
7. Your wording if applicable (for gift tag stickers and personalised Teacher’s award stickers)
8. Advise whether you will be collecting the order or using our R100.00 courier service in which case you will need to let us have your STREET address for delivery purposes.
MAIL YOUR ORDER TO US – WE WILL CHECK YOUR ORDER AND SEND YOU AN INVOICE TOGETHER WITH OUR BANKING DETAILS. UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED. THE ORDER WILL TAKE 2-4 WORKING DAYS FOR COMPLETION.
COLLECTION OF ORDER
We are based in Cape Town in the Tableview/Sunningdale area and you are welcome to collect the order once it has been completed. If the order is to be collected we will contact you to make arrangements for collection as soon as the order is ready. If you will be collecting the order, please advise so that we do not charge postage.
DELIVERY OF ORDER
We offer courier delivery to a STREET ADDRESS of your choice 3-4 day courier service: R100.00
Note that the above delivery times are applicable to major centers. If you reside in an outlying area delivery will take a little longer. Please enquire if you are not sure.
PLEASE ADVISE WHETHER YOU WILL BE COLLECTING THE ORDER OR IF THE ORDER IS TO BE SENT BY COURIER SO THAT THE CORRECT DELIVERY CHARGE IS ADDED.
Please note that StickerZone is normally closed for PRINTING AND COLLECTION OF ORDERS between Christmas and New Year. Our ADMIN section for receiving orders, sending invoices and receiving and acknowledging payments will remain open during this time. Printing of orders received and paid for during this period will take preference when our printing and collection of orders re-opens on 2nd January in the new year.
